– 1 cup fresh spinach leaves – 1 ripe banana peeled and sliced – 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries – 1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
– First, thoroughly wash the spinach leaves to remove any dirt. Then, peel and slice the banana into smaller pieces for easier blending. Measure out the frozen mixed berries and almond milk. – Next, place the spinach leaves, banana slices, mixed berries, and almond milk into the blender.
– Blend the ingredients on low speed initially to break them down, then gradually increase to high speed. Continue blending until the mixture is smooth. – If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk gradually until reaching the desired consistency.
