Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils seeds
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • Ice cubes optional, for extra chill

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the sliced banana, mixed berries, pomegranate arils, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk, a splash at a time, until desired consistency is reached. If it's too thin, add more frozen fruit or ice cubes.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with additional pomegranate arils or fresh berries if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
