- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 & ¼ cup flour
- ½ cup dutch processed cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup semi sweet chocolate chips for decoration
Prep the Oven and Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
