  • 1 orange citrus slices thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon citrus slices thinly sliced
  • 2 sticks cinnamon whole sticks
  • 4 cloves cloves whole
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice whole or ground
  • 1 inch fresh ginger sliced thin, optional
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup sparkling water or soda optional, for a bubbly finish
