Funeral Sandwiches Recipe

Funeral sandwiches, also known as "funeral potatoes," are a classic dish often served at gatherings following a funeral or memorial service. These sandwiches typically consist of soft dinner rolls filled with a mixture of savory ingredients like ham, cheese, mustard, and butter. The sandwiches are then baked until the cheese is melted, and the rolls are warm and toasty. While the origin of the name is uncertain, these sandwiches are beloved for their comforting flavors and ability to bring people together during times of grief.
