Ingredients
  

  • 1 Loaf Ciabatta bread sliced horizontally.
  • 1/4 cup Pesto sauce.
  • 10 ounces Deli turkey.
  • 4 ounces Italian dry salami.
  • 1 Large tomato sliced.
  • 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella cheese sliced.
  • Fresh basil leaves.

Instructions
 

  • Cut the ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise to make the base of your sandwich.
  • Make pesto using the food processor. Spread it on both halves of the loaf with a spatula.
  • Grate some parmesan cheese with the fine grater and sprinkle it over the pesto.
  • Put the sliced mozzarella cheese on the bottom half of the loaf.
  • Add layers of deli turkey and Italian salami.
  • Place the sliced tomatoes and basil leaves on top.
  • Carefully close the sandwich and slice it into smaller pieces with the bread knife.
