Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Low-fat milk or you can use almond milk or any non-dairy milk you like
  • 1 Frozen banana sliced (about 1 cup of slices)
  • 1 tbsp Ceamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • A bit of honey to sweeten things up if you want [optional]

Instructions
 

  • Toss all the ingredients into your blender in the order I mentioned.
  • Blend until everything's super smooth.
  • Taste! If you want more peanut butter or cocoa flavor, or a touch of sweetness, go ahead and add a bit more.
  • Pour it into a glass, and voila! You've got yourself a creamy, chocolaty treat that's as easy to make as it is delicious.

Notes

  • Pour your liquid into the blender first.
  • Put all the ingredients except maple syrup or honey into the blender.
  • Blend everything until it's nice and smooth.
  • If you want it sweeter, add some maple syrup or honey to taste.
