Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Grate the cucumber using a grater or food processor. Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped dill. Mix well to combine.
  • Season the Tzatziki sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Before serving, give the Tzatziki sauce a final stir and taste for seasoning. Add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if desired.
