Ingredients
  

  • 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden brown.
