Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz 225g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking the dip or set up the slow cooker.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and hot sauce, stirring until well combined.
  • If baking, transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly. If using a slow cooker, transfer the mixture to the slow cooker insert.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the dip.
  • If baking, place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. If using a slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through and bubbly.
  • Once cooked, remove the dip from the oven or slow cooker and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
  • Serve the Buffalo Chicken Dip hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for dipping.
