- 2 large red bell peppers
- 2 large yellow bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced

- 1 French baguette sliced
- 4 ounces goat cheese

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
