  • 1 pound about 450 grams kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnishes: chopped fresh parsley or green onions

Instructions
