Ingredients
  

  • 2 English Cucumbers, Sliced
  • 1 Large Avocado, Pitted, Peeled and Sliced
  • 1/3 cup Green Onion, Half of a Bunch, Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice, from 1 medium lime
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sea Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Table salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 tbsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Take a medium salad bowl, and then combine sliced cucumbers, avocado and chopped green onion together.
  • Drop 2 lime juice, and then add 2 Tbsp olive oil and season with 1 tsp sea salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper or season to taste.
  • Mix salad well and coat with dressing and it's ready to serve.

Notes

  • Some people prefer simple salads, but if you want to enhance the flavor, consider adding a tablespoon of chopped red onion.
  • You can also boost the nutritional value by incorporating more green vegetables like spinach.
