Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Juicy tomatoes
  • 2-3 Mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ Cup Chopped  basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil [as much as you like]
  • ½ Cup  Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt  [according to your taste]
  • Pepper [according to your taste]
  • Dried oregano [optional]

Instructions
 

  • Start by washing the tomatoes and basil leaves well and drying them.
  • Get fresh, ripe tomatoes and cut off any parts you don't want.
  • Slice the tomatoes into pieces about 1 cm thick.
  • Cut the mozzarella cheese into thick slices too
  • Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a plate however you like
  • Put basil leaves between the tomato and mozzarella slices, or chop them up and sprinkle them on.
  • Pour some extra virgin olive oil over everything
  • If you want, add a little balsamic vinegar for extra flavor.
  • Sprinkle on some black pepper and salt to taste
  • Serve it up right away and enjoy your tasty meal!

  • Choose only fresh cheese and juicy tomatoes to make this yummy dish.
  • You can add honey if you want to make it sweet.
  • You can also add avocado slices to make it extra yummy.
