Instructions
- Wash the blood oranges thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or residue. Use a sharp knife to slice the blood oranges in half horizontally.
- Using a citrus juicer or reamer, extract the juice from the blood oranges. Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp or seeds.
- In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and water.
