Ingredients
  

  • -½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Plain yogurt or dairy-free yogurt for vegan option
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce minced (adjust to taste for spiciness)
  • 1 tsp Adobo sauce from the chipotle pepper can
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Firstly, mix together mayonnaise and yogurt in a bowl.
  • Then, add lime juice, minced chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, and garlic powder.
  • Season with salt and pepper as per your taste.
  • Whisk everything until it's smooth and creamy.

  • If you want it smoother, you can blend it in a blender.
  • Put the dressing in a container you can seal tightly.

Notes

  • If you want the dressing to be spicier, add more chipotle peppers or adobo sauce.
  • If your store has chipotle adobo sauce without the peppers, you can use 2-3 tablespoons of that instead of the peppers and sauce.
  • Keep the dressing in a tightly sealed container in the fridge; it will be good for about a week.
