For Salad:
- 2 cooked Chicken breasts shredded or diced
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 cup shredded Carrots
- 1 cup shredded Red cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced Almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped Green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro optional
- 1/4 cup crispy Chowmein noodles optional
For the Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic minced
Cook the chicken and cut it into small pieces.
Cut the lettuce, carrots, cabbage, onions, and cilantro.
Toast the almonds in a pan until they turn golden.
Mix the cooked chicken, chopped veggies, and toasted almonds in a big bowl.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic to make the dressing.
