Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Cheese-filled tortellini pasta about 450g
  • 3 cups Fresh broccoli florets about 300g
  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Sundried tomatoes chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a big pot.
  • Put the tortellini pasta in and cook it until it's soft but still a bit firm.
  • Drain the cooked pasta in a colander and leave it to the side.
  • While the pasta cooks, steam the broccoli until it's soft but still a little crunchy.
  • Once the broccoli is done, take it out and let it cool down a bit.
  • Mix together some extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, chopped sundried tomatoes, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the dressing.
  • Put the cooked tortellini and steamed broccoli in a big bowl.
  • Pour the dressing over them and gently mix everything together.
  • You can serve the Broccoli Tortellini Salad warm or at room temperature.
