Momo Wrapper:
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour plus extra for dusting
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Chicken Filling:
- 200 Grams Chicken Mince ground chicken
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped Onion
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped Celery
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped Spring Onion
- 1/2 Teaspoon finely chopped Ginger
- 1/2 Teaspoon finely chopped Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Cornflour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Combine all-purpose flour, salt, and water to knead a soft dough; set aside covered for 20 minutes.
Mix chicken mince with chopped onion, celery, spring onion, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, cornflour, salt, and pepper.
Roll out the dough into thin circles about 3-4 inches in diameter.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper, then fold and pinch edges to seal.
Arrange momos in a steamer basket lined with parchment or cabbage leaves to prevent sticking.
Steam momos for 12-15 minutes until the wrappers are translucent and filling is cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce like Shack Sauce or enjoy with a chilled glass of Russian Apple Kvas.
