  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup M&M's or any type you prefer
  • ½ cup chocolate chips milk chocolate recommended
  • Flaked salt for topping, optional

Instructions
 

  • Brown the butter in a medium saucepan until golden brown with a nutty aroma. Let it cool.

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and cooking spray.

  • Whisk together browned butter and brown sugar. Add egg, yolk, and vanilla.
