- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
