  • 1 Store-Bought Flatbread or Pizza Dough
  • 4-6 Fresh Figs sliced
  • 4 Ounces Prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 4 Ounces Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 2-3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Glaze for drizzling
  • Fresh Arugula for garnish
  • Kosher Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare Flatbread: Place the Flatbread or Pizza Dough on a baking sheet. Brush with Olive Oil and season with Salt and Pepper.

  • Layer Ingredients: Evenly distribute the sliced Figs and Prosciutto over the flatbread. Sprinkle the crumbled Goat Cheese on top.
  • Bake: Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  • Add Finishing Touches: Remove the flatbread from the oven and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze. Garnish with fresh Arugula before slicing.
