  • 2 ½ cups frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 11-12 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 5 oz cream cheese (optional) softened (for extra creaminess)

  • Layer Graham Crackers: Place half of the graham crackers evenly in the bottom of the pan.

  • Make Chocolate Layer: Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. Spread half of the melted chocolate over the graham crackers and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

  • Whipped Marshmallow Layer: In a mixing bowl, beat together whipped topping and marshmallow fluff until smooth. Optionally, fold in cream cheese for extra creaminess. Spread evenly over the chocolate layer.

  • Top Layers: Drizzle or spread the remaining melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer. Cover with the remaining graham crackers.

  • Freeze: Cover the pan with foil or plastic wrap and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until firm.

  • Serve: Use the overhanging parchment to lift the frozen s’mores from the pan. Cut into 12 squares and serve immediately. Allow to soften 5–10 minutes for easier eating.
