Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk whole or any preferred milk
  • 1 tablespoon molasses deep, smoky sweetness
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger warm and spicy
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon aromatic and sweet
  • a pinch ground nutmeg warm spice flavor
  • 1 shot espresso espresso or dark coffee strong and bold

  • optional drizzle honey or vanilla extract for extra sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Brew a strong shot of espresso or dark coffee and set aside.

  • Warm the mixture over medium heat, stirring gently, until steaming and just about to bubble—this releases a warm, spicy aroma.
  • Pour the hot milk and spice mixture into your mug, then add the brewed espresso on top, creating a layered look.
  • Top generously with whipped cream, allowing it to mound slightly over the edges of the mug.
  • Drizzle honey or vanilla extract over the whipped cream for extra sweetness, and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon for garnish.
