- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 teaspoon green tea powder matcha
- 1 teaspoon granular sucralose sweetener such as Splenda®, or to taste
- Ice cubes
Pour the vanilla soy milk into a blender.
Add the matcha powder and blend for about 30 seconds, until the matcha is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Add sucralose (or sweetener of choice) and blend for another 10 seconds to combine.
Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour the blended green tea mixture over the ice.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
