Ingredients
  

  • 2 jasmine tea bags
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup
  • ½ cup quick-cook tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Brew the jasmine tea by steeping the tea bags in hot water for 3–5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool completely.
  • Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions until soft and chewy. Drain and set aside.
  • Stir the honey or simple syrup into the cooled jasmine tea until fully dissolved.
  • Add the milk and mix well until the tea becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Divide the cooked tapioca pearls between two glasses and fill each glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the jasmine milk tea over the ice and pearls, stir gently, and serve immediately with boba straws.
