- 2 jasmine tea bags
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup
- ½ cup quick-cook tapioca pearls
- 1 cup ice cubes
Brew the jasmine tea by steeping the tea bags in hot water for 3–5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool completely.
Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions until soft and chewy. Drain and set aside.
Stir the honey or simple syrup into the cooled jasmine tea until fully dissolved.
Add the milk and mix well until the tea becomes smooth and creamy.
Divide the cooked tapioca pearls between two glasses and fill each glass with ice cubes.
Pour the jasmine milk tea over the ice and pearls, stir gently, and serve immediately with boba straws.
