Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe mango chunks
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons warm water

  • Blend the mango chunks into a smooth puree and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine gelatin powder with warm water and let it bloom for a few minutes.
  • Heat the bloomed gelatin gently until dissolved completely, then allow it to cool slightly.
  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Fold the mango puree and vanilla extract into the whipped cream mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add the dissolved gelatin and gently mix until fully combined.
  • Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving glasses or dessert cups.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Serve chilled with fresh mango cubes if desired.
