  • 1 ½ cups hot water

  • Make Batter: In a bowl, combine self-rising flour, white sugar, milk, and vanilla. Stir until smooth, adding more milk if necessary to reach pouring consistency.

  • Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix light brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
