Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cups sweet potato
  • 2 cups apples
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel and chop sweet potatoes and apples into 1" cubes.

  • Toss sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil and ½ tsp salt.

  • Spread the mixture back on the baking sheet.
