Cook 6 hard-boiled eggs until they are done. (See cooking notes for tips.)
In a large bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons of yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon of minced onion (optional), 1/2 tablespoon of relish (optional; dill or sweet), and 1/2 stalk of finely chopped celery (optional).

Drizzle the dressing over the diced eggs and gently combine everything with a spatula.
Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
-
Perfect Hard-Boiled Eggs: Cook eggs in boiling water for 10-12 minutes, then cool in an ice bath for easy peeling and creamy texture.
-
Customize Your Dressing: Adjust mayo, vinegar, and mustard quantities to balance creaminess, tanginess, and sharpness. Experiment with different types of mustard or add sweetness with honey or sugar.
-
Add Crunch and Flavor: Include finely chopped celery for crunch, minced onion for bite, and relish (dill or sweet) for extra flavor depth. These additions complement the creamy base of the salad.
