Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 1 pound Ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 15 ounces Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 ounces Corn kernels, drained
  • 1/2 Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro optional
  • Tortilla chips for serving

For the Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped Cilantro optional
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.
