- ¾ cup water
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- ¼ cup tahini sesame paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons butter or as needed
- 2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour or as needed
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds or as desired
In a bowl, whisk together water, chicken bouillon, tahini, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
Lightly flour the chicken pieces to help them brown nicely.
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes.
Pour the tahini mixture into the pan and stir well.
Let it simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and cook for another minute.
Serve hot with Cucumber Tomato Salad or chilled Kompot on the side.
