1. Get some water boiling first. If you are using a heatproof container, pour the hot water over either the green tea bag or the chamomile tea bag. 2. Allow the spices to mix with the water for about 5 minutes. Simply strain the loose-leaf tea and chamomile flowers out after the tea has been steeped.

3. Incorporate the juice of half a lemon to improve the mixture. Garnish the tea with grated turmeric, sliced ginger, and honey, if you desire. 4. Making sure that everything mixes well is important when mixing the ingredients. Another 5 minutes of steeping will keep the magic going.
