Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound 450g Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 cup about 50g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 small Onion finely
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground chicken, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 small finely chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 lightly beaten large egg, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients together thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into patties of your desired size and thickness.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, carefully add the chicken patties to the skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
  • Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  • To ensure the patties are cooked through, you can use a kitchen thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
