Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • Sliced baguette crackers, or vegetable sticks, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Chop the cooked shrimp into small pieces and fold them into the cheese mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving.
