Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado pitted and peeled
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the ripe avocado, plain Greek yogurt, buttermilk, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh dill, onion powder, and garlic powder to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender or food processor as needed to ensure everything is well incorporated.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it out with a little more buttermilk or lemon juice until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Transfer the Avocado Ranch Dressing to a serving bowl or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
