- 1 12 inch pre-baked pizza crust
- 1 cup spicy barbeque sauce
- 2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves cooked and cubed
- 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Place the pre-baked pizza crust on a tray or pizza stone.
Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the crust.
Top with cooked, cubed chicken, sliced pepperoncini, and chopped onions.
Sprinkle shredded Colby-Jack cheese generously on top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
