Two slabs of pork spare ribs rest on the white marble cooktop. A steak knife is carefully used to remove the thin white membrane from the bone side of the ribs. Keto rib rub is being massaged into the meat, preparing it to rest for 1 hour or overnight.
  • Set up for roasting: Place the rubbed ribs in a roasting pan with a rack. Slather with keto BBQ sauce and tent with aluminum foil.
The ribs are placed in a roasting pan with a rack on the white marble cooktop. They are slathered with keto BBQ sauce, and aluminum foil is tented over the top to keep the moisture in during roasting.
  • Roast the ribs: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the ribs in the oven and baste with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes. Cook for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until fork-tender. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes.
  • Cut and serve: Cut the ribs apart and arrange them on a cutting board in the shape of a human rib cage.
The preheated oven is set to 350°F (175°C) with the roasting pan of ribs being placed inside. The ribs are basted with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes, cooking for about 2.5 to 3 hours until fork-tender. The foil is removed during the last 30 minutes for a final golden finish.
  • Add the pepper: Halve the red bell pepper and place one half in the center of the rib cage to mimic a heart. Use a steak knife to stab the pepper into the cutting board so it stands upright. Enjoy!
