- 3 egg white
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup cake flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter until smooth.
Beat in egg yolks until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Gradually sift in cake flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until everything is well combined.
Then, mix in the milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip egg whites with an electric mixer until they form stiff peaks.
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter.
