Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 egg white
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter until smooth.
  • Beat in egg yolks until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Gradually sift in cake flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until everything is well combined.
  • Then, mix in the milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip egg whites with an electric mixer until they form stiff peaks.
  • Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325°F (165°C) and continue baking for an additional 25 to 30 minutes, or until the center is set when the pie is gently jiggled.
