- 1 deli rotisserie chicken meat removed and shredded
- 1 white onion chopped
- 4 hard-boiled eggs chopped
- ½ cup sweet-hot pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ cup mayonnaise or to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
