Nutty Chocolate Banana Bundt Cake/#BundtBakers

I would like to introduce the Nutty Chocolate Banana Bundt Cake! Today we are celebrating "Rocky Road" with our #BundtBakers bundt cakes and I thought I would take rocky road up a notch by adding banana, drizzled chocolate and toasted marshmallows!

 Nutty Chocolate Banana Bundt Cake
2 1/4 cups Flour
1 teaqspoon Baking Powder
3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
2/3 cup Butter
1 3/4 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
3 ounces unsweetened Chocolate~melted and cooled
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/4 cups Water
Banana Slices
1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts
10-15 Mini Marshmallows
 4 ounces Milk Chocolate
1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour your bundt cake pan.
Mix together the flour, baking powder and baking soda
in a separate bowl. Set aside.
Beat your butter and sugar together until combined.
Add one egg at a time to the mix. Beat after each one.

Add the vanilla and chocolate and mix together.
Add your water and flour, alternating a little at a time
until it is all combined.
Slice and mash your banana. Add to batter, stirring by hand.

Place batter in bundt pan. Sprinkle peanuts over the top.
(which will be the bottom when they are done)

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove, and let cool.

Chop your chocolate, then melt in a double boiler.

Stuff the middle of your cake with mini marshmallows.
Drizzle chocolate over the top and sides. Add more
marshmallows and sprinkle peanuts. Add a slice of
banana at the top. Toast marshmallows with
kitchen torch or lighter.

Here's to Rocky Road and Summertime!
Make it a great one!
