I made individual Tres Leches Cakes as the dessert for this fun party! Tres Leches means “three milks” in spanish. The three milks are mixed together and poured over the baked cakes to create an incredible taste that you will love!
Cake
1 1/2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
6 large Eggs, separated
1/2 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/3 cup Cold Water
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 teaspoon Almond Flavoring
Tres Leches
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cups Evaporated Milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla
Frosting
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl whisk the flour, baking powder and salt together.
