Chocolate Bread Pudding/Day 11 of 14 Days of Valentine's

Chocolate Bread Pudding is the perfect Valentine's Day treat because it is

rich, and decadent! Then there's the chocolate! It's also such a

comfort food. Few people can resist it. This dessert takes some time to make, but it can be made the day before you want to serve it, so the pressure is off!

Simple and Sweet Heart Sugar Cookies/Day 10 of 14 Days of Valentine's

Today's Valentine's treat is simple and sweet.

It is a yummy sugar cookie, topped with red frosting,

and wrapped in an sweet organza bag.

These look adorable placed on the top plate

of a table setting, or attached to a special Valentine!

Red Velvet Fudge/Day 9 of 14 Days of Valentine's Day!

Because Valentine's Day is often considered a day

to celebrate with rich and decadent food, I thought

this Red Velvet Fudge would fit right in!

A Mantel of Love!/Day 8 of 14 Days of Valentine's Day!

Because this is the first time I have had a fireplace mantel in a while,

I tend to want to decorate it for just about every occasion that comes around.

So for February, that occasion is Valentine's Day. I could have gone with

a President's Day mantel. It is certainly a special day, but I think that

Presidents Day lends itself more to elementary school bulletin boards,

and probably wouldn't make it as a cute mantel. :)

I thought these cookies were perfect for Valentine's Day.

Their name is so seductive, conjuring visions of stolen kisses

in the shadows, star crossed lovers that will never be together

to fulfill their destiny, or if you are a Peter Pan fan you know
that the hidden kiss is the kiss meant for your one true love.
So, I nominate these cookies to become the
Official Cookie of Valentine's Day!

Baked Valentine Popcorn/Day 6 of 14 Days of Valentine's!

Today's Valentine Day treat is easy to bake and it makes a great gift!

It would be so special to give a tin of
this popcorn along with a gift of a favorite movie!
That would be a fun and cozy Valentine's Day!

You could also change the M and M's to match
your teams colors and munch on this while
watching your favorite basketball teams!

There are lots of ways to customize this yummy popcorn!
