Cheeseburger in Paradise/#FoodieExtravaganza

What is a cheeseburger in paradise? Well, for me, it is a cheeseburger that I made myself. It's grilled  outside on the grill and it is topped with tropical goodness. It is eaten on the backyard porch, because that is my paradise! I stuffed my ground chuck burger with little chunks of pineapple and mango. Then I topped it with manchego cheese and fruit sauce. If you are not in paradise, you will be when you eat this!

Paradise Cheeseburger

(makes 1 burger)
1/4 pound Ground Chuck
1 Mango
1/4 cup Pineapple Chunks
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 Avocado
Mayo
 small amount of Manchego Cheese-shredded
1 Brioche Bun
Green Leaf Lettuce

mango, pineapple,
Peel and cut your mango and place 1/8 of a cup in the
blender with 1/8 cup of  pineapple chunks.
 I used canned
pineapple chunks with no sugar added.
Blend until liquified.
sauce, fruit, boil, reduction
In a saucepan, mix together the liquified fruit
and add the sugar. Bring the mix to a boil,
then let it boil to let it reduce down until it is thick.
pineapple chunks, chopping
Cut 1/8 of a cup of the pineapple chunks in to tiny
pieces. Cut the same amount of mango also.
hamburger, pineapple, mango chunks
Reform your burger to incorporate the pineapple and the
mango into your burger patty.
Avocado, mayo
Smash up your avocado and mix it with
a small dab of mayo.
fruit stuffed, hamburger, grill
Start grilling your burger. Sprinkle some pepper on the top.
I cook each side for 2 minutes and I flip it
so that each side is cooked twice.
manchego cheese, hamburger, grilling
When I flip the burger for the last time,
I added the cheese.
avocado, brioche bun
Once the burger is cooked, spread your avocado
spread on the bottom of the bun.

Top the avocado spread with the lettuce and
then the burger.

top of the cheese.
