We are all about picnic foods at the #TasteCreations party today, so I brought a Fresh Fruit Salad, which is always a favorite! It takes pretty much no time to put together, and it has that great flavor and feeling that you can only get from fresh fruit! I hope you enjoy it!
Fresh Fruit Salad
(printable recipe at end of post)
1 Banana
4 ounces Cherries
4 ounces Blueberries
6 ounces Strawberries
7 ounces Watermelon
1/2 cup Whipping Cream
1-2 tablespoons Confectioners Sugar
Wash the cherries and blueberries. Pull the stems off the cherries and get rid of the cherry pit with a cherry pitter. Slice the bananas.
Slice the strawberries, and cube the watermelon. Make all the fruit bite sized pieces. Mix everything together.
Use a mixer to make the whipped cream. Add the sugar sparingly, tasting after adding some until you are happy with the level of sweetness.
