Meringue Cookies Recipe

Some treats feel almost weightless, and meringue cookies are always that for me. They’re crisp, delicate, and quietly charming.

I usually make these when I want something sweet without heaviness. They satisfy a craving without feeling rich or overwhelming.

There’s something calming about whipping egg whites and watching them transform. The process feels slow and focused.

These cookies always make the kitchen feel lighter and calmer while they bake.

What Makes These Meringue Cookies So Special?

  • Egg Whites: Create the light, airy structure of the cookies.
  • Granulated Sugar: Sweetens and stabilizes the meringue.
  • Cream of Tartar: Helps the egg whites hold stiff peaks.
  • Salt: Balances sweetness and enhances flavor.
  • Vanilla Extract: Adds gentle warmth and aroma.
