  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cup All purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Butter

  • 3 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 3/4 tsp Cotton candy extract
  • Pink and purple Nerds
  • Pink food coloring
  • 2 cup Powedered sugar
  • Blue food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream butter and vanilla extract. Gradually add powdered sugar and flour on low speed until well combined.
  • Using a 2½ inch cookie scoop, place dough on baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack and cool completely.

Frosting For Cotton Candy

  • Cream together butter, cream cheese, and cotton candy extract.
  • Add powdered sugar gradually, whipping until light and fluffy.
  • If needed, add heavy cream in small amounts until desired consistency is reached.
