Ingredients
  

  • 14.5 oz Diced tomatoes
  • 14 oz Sausage, sliced
  • 12 oz Frozen okra
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 cup Yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, combine okra, tomatoes, and water.
  • Season the above mixture with:Garlic powder, Onion powder, Seasoned salt, Chopped onion, Minced garlic
  • Cook over low to medium heat for 30 minutes.
  • While okra is cooking, slice sausage and fry until browned on each side.
  • Remove sausage from the pan and blot any excess oil.
  • Add the sausage to the okra mixture.
  • Simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve over white rice.
