– 1 bottle 750 ml red wine (such as Rioja or Merlot) – 1 cup 240 ml pomegranate juice – 1/4 cup 60 ml brandy or orange liqueur (such as Cointreau) – 2 tablespoons 30 ml honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste) – 1 orange thinly sliced

– 1 apple diced – 1 cup 150 g pomegranate arils (seeds) – 1 cinnamon stick – Club soda or sparkling water for serving – Ice cubes for serving – Fresh mint leaves for garnish
