Biscoff and Banana Sandwich
Pretty easy ingredients!
1 Banana
Biscoff Spread
2 pieces of White Bread
Butter
Pan Spray
Spray the pan with pan spray. I mean, I know we are using butter
also, but there is no reason to put it in the pan too.
Every little bit helps!! Right?
Spread the bread with butter, and place it in the pan,
butter side down, Spread the other side of the bread
with biscoff. I used a generous amount!
Smush the banana in a bowl.
Spread that banana over the biscoff spread that is
on the piece of bread in the pan.
Take your second piece of bread and spread butter
on it. Place the bread, butter side up on the bananas
and biscoff.
Grill until golden brown on both sides.
The taste is unbelievably delicious!
I'm sure Elvis would approve.

ReplyDeleteI haven't tried biscoff yet. It went on sale before Christmas and I missed my chance to get it cheap. Now I am holding out for another. That sandwich would make my husband smile. He loves bananas and peanut butter, too.
ReplyDeleteLOVE, LOVE, LOVE Biscoff spread!!!! Will definitely give this sandwich a try. So far I pretty much just eat the stuff straight from a spoon ... but haven't quite made it to experimenting much with it in cooking/baking. I HAVE made one kind of cookie ... but haven't posted about it yet. Soon! Thanks for sharing.

I visited Graceland with my sister in law in November and we sat at the diner and ate fried peanut butter and banana sammies! I'm a convert! But I have to say that banana and biscoff on whole wheat is a close second :)
